You must use at least one credible source, either a news article, an academic source (one from our databases), or a government report. Use the CRAAP test below to see if it's a credible source. On the next tab in this box is a list of databases you can use.
You must also cite your sources using APA format. The last tab in this box shows you how to do that.
The CRAAP Test: Evaluate Your Sources
CRAAP is an acronym for Currency, Relevance, Authority, Accuracy, and Purpose. Use the CRAAP Test to evaluate your sources.
Currency: the timeliness of the information
Relevance: the importance of the information for your needs
Authority: the source of the information
Accuracy: the reliability and truthfulness of the source
Purpose: the reason the information exists
