Hot Topics

The Hot Topics option located below Browse By conveniently groups together topics that currently receive a great deal of media coverage.  To read a report on climate change, for example, click on the box below labeled Climate Change.

After selecting a Hot Topic, such as Climate Change, the next page will show the report.  Steps 1-3 (as shown in the graphic below) reveal some useful tools:

  1. Navigation links for various sections of the report are in the On this page box.
  2. Click on the Cite button to cite the report.  Formats include APA, Chicago, and MLA.
  3. Click on the Download PDF button to download (and print) the report.

By clicking on the Chronology tab, a list of key dates pertaining to the hot topic (climate change) will appear in chronological order down the page.
